A new variety , raised by Hugh Ermen and introduced in 2004, with parents of Red Charles Ross and Jonathan.
The fruits are very large in size, round and flat in shape. The skin is pale with a red over flush and speckles.
Inside the flesh is creamy white and acidic. A dual purpose apple, it bakes extremely well.
